The four-year M.D. Program is designed for U.S., Canadian, and other international college graduates who have completed their pre-medical education and who have obtained satisfactory grades in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and English. The curriculum at PUMS is based on the American M.D. program and follows the American standards of education. The University is recognized by the United States Department of Education and by the relevant student loan providers. Candidates for this program may be accepted after demonstrating a necessary record of academic achievement and after passing an interview with PUMS Admissions Committee.tuition

Poznan University of Medical Scienceseducation requirements
1.Secondary school degree or equivalent credentials at a high enough level to be eligible for admission to a university in home country.2.High level of knowledge in the following fields: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, and high proficiency in English language.
3.University science degree on at least bachelor level, issued no earlier than in 2012, majoring in medical sciences, pre-med, biology, chemistry or physics, including the following prerequisite coursework (or equivalent) for a total of 735 hours, including laboratory classes:
-general biology,(br> -general chemistry,
-organic chemistry,
-general physics or statistics or mathematics,
-course in the field of humanities, relating to sociology, anthropology or human behavior
4.Standardized medical admission test: MCAT, UKCAT or GAMSAT
– Medical College Admission Test (MCAT): minimum score: 490 (taken no earlier than 2015),
– UK Clinical Aptitude Test (UKCAT): minimum average score: 575 (taken no earlier than 2015),
– Graduate Medical School Admission Test (GAMSAT): minimum overall score: 45 and minimum 40 in each section (taken no earlier than 2 years before application date).
– Applicants holding a Master’s degree in natural sciences relating to medical sciences may be exempted from the standardized test requriement.
5.Entrance examination in biology, chemistry and physics and interview.
