The aim of education is to prepare employees for the wider tourism and recreation in the area of ​​enterprises, institutions, central and local government, other organizations of different size and scale of operations. On the basis of theoretical knowledge, practical skills staff should understand the various factors and conditions real creatively analyze them creatively work. The main areas of knowledge and skills are related to the fields of natural, social, economic, organizational and legal. At the same time Bachelor graduates should allow part of the continuation of academic education in the form of Master. These objectives are subordinated to the overall objectives of social development and economic Świętokrzyskie region and other regions. Activation of human resources in social development, business development and corporate sector tourism is becoming one of the leading challenges for academic education.
