The aim is to equip the students with general knowledge about management and the skills and attitudes necessary to work as a specialist in the field of human resources management and coaching. An interesting range of program content and a variety of learning helps them to acquire skills in using methods and techniques of human resources, and supports the development of interpersonal skills.Practical form of classes, supported by case studies of Polish companies is aimed at basic education workshop manager personnel.
Direction Management provides knowledge about the standards of human resource management, the role of the HR function in organizations and how to processes: acquisition, development, evaluation and remuneration.
The graduate will have a chance to become a respected specialist and work in various types of organizations and provide professional business services related to solving the problems of workers. Graduates will also be able to apply to consulting companies or take up employment on their own account opening their own economic activities.
Graduates will be prepared to work in the following positions: analyst jobs, personal consultant, counselor, consultant career, leader, consultant HR specialist for the talent management specialist for professional training and development of human resources, employee for personal matters , an employee of the social affairs manager.
