A graduate of Process Engineering is equipped with in-depth knowledge and skills in the field of chemical and process engineering, and - depending on the selected field of study (see detailed descriptions) - in related areas such as product engineering, bioprocess engineering and biomedical engineering. Educating at the faculty of Process Engineering enables professional preparation of Masters - specialists in process engineering related to the following professional competences: - Independent presentation of solutions of complex practical problems in the field of chemical and process engineering, bioprocess and biomedical engineering, - Design of processes, equipment and installations for chemical, biochemical and pharmaceutical industries, - Work in research and development teams on the implementation of innovative technological solutions, - Technical, technological and operational supervision of the installation operation in various branches of the processing industry, - Keeping the necessary documentation relating to the processes and production facilities in enterprises. The aim of studies at the faculty of Process Engineering is to prepare masters engineers to work in large industrial plants as well as in smaller innovative companies or research institutions.

Candidates have to hold a legalized diploma of first-cycle studies or another foreign document that entitles one to continue education at the second-cycle studies. Very good knowledge of English.
