After completing the Management Program you are going to:

• know the principles of functioning of businesses in the free-market economy, conditionings for their competitiveness,
• be able to manage the enterprise’s resources, with particular attention to human resources as a source of competitive advantage,
• have the skills of strategic planning and skills of translating its goals into operational activities,
• manage complex projects in accordance with Project Management methods,
• create effective marketing strategies leading to the execution of sales plans increasing market share of the enterprise,
• be able to organize the work in an international environment or in a company cooperating with foreign countries.

Studying in English contributes to proficiency in it, and this, in turn, gives not only a chance to become successful in an international corporation but also more and more often is a condition necessary to get an interesting job in a Polish enterprise. Studying in English often means spending time in an international environment, meeting people of other nationalities and different cultures. Such experience is the reason why, starting from the first days, you are able to effectively work in an international corporation.

Project Management - Junior Project Manager
Your knowledge and skills
• effective application of Project Management instruments and techniques at every stage of a project,
• practical knowledge of aspects of project management in the modern business environment,
• effective planning of project undertakings, carried out in accordance with company strategy and controlling of the process of its implementation,
• solid groundwork of building of project plan and system of its monitoring and developing the project budget.

Having completed the course in this speciality you are qualified for employment in prestigious national and international companies in any branch in the world e.g. on a position of:
• Project Management Specialist,

• Development / Innovation Manager,
• Counselling Company Employee,
• EU Projects Consultant / Coordinator, including public administration, dealing with assessment and supervision of the implementation of projects co-financed by the EU.

Having completed the speciality of Project Management - Junior Project Manager, the graduates may take examination for the certificate of Prince2 Foundation without additional paid trainings.

Financial Services Management
Your knowledge and skills:
• design and modelling processes in enterprise functioning in the international market and/or having foreign co-operators,
• implementation of a process / service and effective negotiations with the customer,
• measuring the effectiveness of services and improvement of its quality,
• identification and elimination of the risks occurring in particular phases of life cycle of a given service,
• quality management in IT services,
• proficient communication with the customer in English during process designing and modelling.

Work for you
Having completed of studies of this speciality you are qualified for employment in large international companies providing services such as IBM Global Services Delivery Center, PWC, ING Services, Capgemini as a Process Coordinator through a Process Manager, Process Architect, Product Manager or Service Manager.
