What are you going to learn by choosing this specialization?
• The study program offers a plethora of opportunities for practical implementation of the obtained knowledge. In the course of your study, you will address and analyze genuine management issues, resolve real executive projects, and discuss actual case studies.
• You will take part in study visits organized for students in various renowned organizations.
• You will be able to obtain additional business certificates, such as ECDL (including ECDL Project Planning); IPMA Student; internal auditor for the health and safety requirements; TransEdu or ELSE.Edu management systems.
• You will complete classes using dedicated software (such as GRETL, Sage HR and payroll services, decision/manager games). • The classes on opening and managing your own business that will prepare you for being an independent entrepreneur.
• You will have a chance to become a member of Manager Student Research Club.
• You will be able to participate in international student exchange programs (Erasmus).
• The Faculty of Management has been awarded by the State Accreditation Committee in several categories, including cooperation with the social, economic or cultural environment in the education process.
• Recognize, diagnose, and solve problems of managing human, material and financial resources.
• Make the right decisions in the area of the organization's activities.
• Use marketing instruments and tools.
• Create the brand of the product and enterprise.
• You will gain a better understanding of the consumers and the finances in the transnational market.
• You will become familiar with the logistics and legal service of the supply chains and transactions in international trading.
• You will master the use of Business English.
• You will learn how to keep documentation and correspondence in English.

education requirements

You can enroll in a first degree (e.g. Bachelor’s or Engineer’s) program if you have successfully completed your secondary education and have a secondary school-leaving certificate.

other requirements

The documents that the candidate provides:
1. A photo taken following the requirements for the passport photo.
2. A photocopy of the secondary school-graduation certificate (for the candidates from the East, an atestat or a diploma of a junior specialist).
3. A secondary school graduation diploma or a junior specialist diploma requires an apostille or credentials from a consulate or an embassy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Ministry of Education in your country.
4. An apostille or other certification (legalization) is not required from the candidates from the EU, the EEA, the OECD, EFTA, ETA, and the countries that have signed the Hague Convention, with the exception of candidates from Ukraine.
5. A translation of the high-school diploma into Polish or English. The candidates may inquire the pertinent WSB about the necessity of the translation before they can translate the certificate.
(WSB University in Szczecin does not accept graduation certificates in Russian or Ukrainian; other Universities will allow such documents in their original form).
A sworn translation is not required.
6. Confirmation of the English language skills for studies in English. If the candidate for the studies has a language certificate confirming the knowledge of English at B2 level, they will be asked to deliver it. The level of English proficiency will be confirmed during a conversation via Skype.
7. The confirmation of knowledge of Polish for studies in Polish is not required
