- learn how agents operate and what makes them effective for your institution;
- know how to screen and select agents to ensure they meet the requisite professional standards;
- understand how to appoint agents and what are best practices for agent engagement;
- comprehend agent contract requirements, annual review processes, and financial incentive schemes;
- know how to make the entire process work for you institution.
