Course Description

Course Profile

The second-cycle Modern Business Management program is designed to deepen students’ expertise in advanced quantitative analysis, macroeconomic frameworks, and research methodologies, while cultivating strategic thinking and the ability to tackle complex organizational challenges. The curriculum emphasizes developing skills for crafting and executing growth strategies in a globally competitive environment, integrating leadership, change management, and stakeholder relationship-building within sustainability paradigms. A special focus is placed on contemporary digital marketing and multi-channel communication in a hypermedia environment, where students learn to design campaigns that engage audiences across cultures. Significant attention is also given to the practical deployment of modern information technologies in management processes, as well as the enhancement of analytical, communication, and intercultural competencies essential for effective collaboration in international teams.

A graduate of the MBM master’s program possesses in-depth knowledge of organizational dynamics and market mechanisms, comprehends the economic, legal, and ethical contexts of modern business, and can analyze and forecast economic phenomena using advanced statistical and econometric methods. They are capable of designing marketing communication strategies in a hypermedia environment, taking into account the specific needs of intercultural audiences. They have advanced communication skills in English and a second foreign language at the B2 level, can lead multicultural teams, plan and organize both personal and project work, and independently sustain lifelong learning. Their social competencies include critically evaluating knowledge, taking responsible action, and adhering to ethical standards in managerial roles.
