INFORMATION ABOUT THE FIELD OF STUDY

The graduate acquires knowledge essential for advanced analysis of economic phenomena on both microeconomic and macroeconomic scale. This field of study trains specialists in the following areas: design and implementation of IT systems and databases in administrative and economic organizations, providing consultancy services which require analytical abilities and use of mathematical, statistical, econometric and information technology tools.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Graduates of the business analytics specialization work in companies that use technologies, solutions and tools for data analysis in business. Graduates of the specialty of statistics and econometrics - in companies that perform analyses using computer techniques and statistical packages. On the other hand, graduates of the specialty of information systems - in companies designing databases and computer decision support systems.

Education Requirements

Candidates will be admitted according to the ranking list based on the results of the matriculation examination.

Number of points for the ranking is determined as the weighted average number of points corresponding to the matriculation examination in subjects specific to the field of study.
