Course Description

Course Profile

If you are ready to fast-track your career into the upper echelons of international finance, banking, and fintech, the Master’s in Finance and Accounting at Nicolaus Copernicus University (NCU) is built exactly for your ambitions. Taught entirely in English, this program eliminates language barriers and drops you straight into real-world scenarios through global case studies, advanced data processing, and hands-on portfolio analysis. Our faculty ranks among the elite top 5% of business schools worldwide, backed by the prestigious global AACSB accreditation—meaning you will graduate with a world-recognized credential that global employers actively seek out. Studying in the vibrant, student-centered city of Toruń, you will master the ultimate modern financial toolkit, balancing rock-solid analytical skills with the digital capabilities required to dominate today's tech-driven economic landscape.

We believe that true financial expertise comes from immersion, which is why the program is designed around maximum practicality and custom specialization. From your very first semesters, you can steer your degree toward your exact career goals. Choose the Corporate Finance and Accounting track to master the architecture of global auditing, risk assessment, and financial strategy for multinational giants, or pivot to the Financial Markets and Institutions track to plunge into asset management, stock exchanges, and cutting-edge digital fintech solutions. Whichever path you choose, you will be interacting daily with international peers and expert faculty, transforming abstract market concepts into concrete, data-driven decisions that match the exact technical competencies demanded by corporate employers.

To truly set your professional profile apart on a global scale, the program offers an exclusive Double Degree pathway in collaboration with Carl von Ossietzky Universität Oldenburg in Germany. By spending just one semester studying abroad—which you can fund via an Erasmus+ scholarship—you will simultaneously earn two separate Master’s degrees: one from NCU and a Master of Arts in Business Administration from Oldenburg. Combined with our faculty's extensive network of thriving partner enterprises and structured internship programs, you will build a powerful international network before even completing your thesis. You will graduate not just looking for a job, but choosing from high-paying, elite positions as an investment strategist, fintech pioneer, or corporate financial advisory expert in top-tier firms worldwide.
