Course Description
Course Profile
The proposed LRM graduation program equips students with the knowledge and skills needed to tackle today’s socio-economic and environmental challenges by combining theory with practical application. The curriculum includes a diverse set of subjects designed to achieve relevant learning outcomes. It covers general sciences such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, ecology, and biotechnology, all taught within a broader socio-economic and environmental context. It also addresses socio-economic and legal aspects to raise public awareness and guide sustainable transformations, with a focus on climate change, environmental economics, public policy, and sustainability management. Environmental topics such as air and water quality, soil systems, and ecosystem processes are also included. Technological and infrastructure-related content prepares students to solve spatial and rural management challenges, including ecological construction, water and waste systems, energy and transportation networks, and land revitalization. Finally, information technology and spatial planning tools—such as surveying, geoinformation, cartography, and urban planning—support effective space management in both urban and non-urban areas. This integrated approach ensures graduates are ready to contribute to sustainable development and responsible resource use.
