Course Description
Course Profile
Digital Transformation is a specialization within the Master’s programme in Informatics and Econometrics at the Faculty of Management, University of Gdańsk. It prepares graduates to design, implement and manage far-reaching digital changes within variety of organizations by combining business insight with hands-on technological skills. The curriculum covers such areas as business intelligence, data management, data visualization, human-computer interaction, IT project & portfolio management, time-series analytics – as well as modern IT delivery approaches like DevOps and microservices. Students also have an opportunity to master their skills through working with CRM and ERP systems, get themselves familiar with modern business process management tools, enhance organizational cybersecurity and implement Big Data solutions. A mandatory internship (200 hrs), practitioners-delivered subjects and Master’s seminars support gaining professional experience and Master’s thesis development.
