Course Profile

The Smart Aerospace and Autonomous Systems (SAAS) specialization offers you an interdisciplinary Master of Science diploma programme that will provide you with a strong foundation in intelligent and autonomous aerospace systems and terrestrial robotics, and will let you gain practical experience during the implementation of projects. The SAAS programme focuses on modelling, simulating and conducting experimental research in the field of control, navigation, surveillance and decision-making systems for autonomous unmanned systems, ground vehicles and systems operating in aerospace. Issues of particular interest include defining levels of autonomy and control integration, decision-making systems, elements of artificial intelligence, mission planning, trajectory generation and tracking, and communication. The SAAS programme will enable you to acquire knowledge and skills through cooperation in international academic teams.
