Course Description

Course Profile

The graduate possesses knowledge and skills in the field of: architectural, urban and conservation design, history and theory of architecture, theory of urban planning, fine arts, technical sciences and humanities, shaping the human environment taking into account the relationship of procedures for designing architectural objects and the surrounding space, solving functional, utility, construction, engineering and technological problems to the extent that ensures safety and comfort of use of facilities, application of technical and construction rules and procedures, economics of design, as well as object and organization of the investment process and integration of plans with planning projects in the European Union countries.
The graduate is prepared for: undertaking creative activities in the field of architectural and urban design, performing independent functions in construction, designing and managing of construction works in architectural specialty, coordinating work in multi-discipline design teams, management of design architectural and urban studios, running a business independently, undertaking research work.

Education Requirements

• Photocopy of the BSc degree (with a full list of grades obtained during the course of study) with a sworn translation into Polish
• Documents that are necessary and entitle the candidates to undertake higher education (in case of applying for the first cycle degree studies – it is necessary to include the statement confirming that the candidate fulfill the criteria of eligibility to study at any university)
• English language certificate or other document that confirms that the candidate graduated with English as the language of instruction

Other Requirements

• Photocopy of the European Health Insurance Card or a photocopy of any evidence of health insurance coverage or entitlement to healthcare services
• Printed and signed application form downloaded from the application system
• Passport and visa photocopy
