Course Profile
Poles and Germans in Europe is a Double-Degree Program administered by Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel (CAU) in Kiel, Germany and Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza (UAM) in Poznań, Poland.
The focus of the programme is on the intensifying relations between Poland and Germany in the European context.
General description of the Program
As future specialists in intercultural issues, you will deal with different methodological and theoretical approaches to German-Polish relations in Europe. You will deal chiefly with issues from the fields of:
• History
• German Philology
• and Polish Philology
These are complemented by issues from the fields of
• Political Sciences
• Law
• Regional and Cultural Studies
Education Requirements
Polish language A2 and German B1 or higher. A bachelor’s degree in one of the following:
• Eastern European History
• German Philology
• Polish Philology
