Course Description
Course Profile
Students acquire general knowledge of basic sciences (mathematics, physics etc.), information technologies as well as specialized technical and social subjects. During 4 weeks of professional practice in a mining plant, students obtain practical skills needed in their chosen career path. Graduates are able to design, implement and supervise mining, geological and geotechnical works, including mechanization, power supply, computerization while limiting adverse impact on the environment. The education comprises developing team work and leadership qualities that equip the graduate with professional qualifications, enabling them to work in various mining plants and enterprises. The graduate is able to solve engineering problems using modern technologies and computer techniques, is also prepared to participating in workgroups and managing a team of employees.
Education Requirements
Secondary School Certificate with grades in mathematics, physics and astronomy, chemistry, biology and computer science.
The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English.

Other Requirements
1. School leaving certificate with grades, obtained abroad, entitling to study at all types of universities in the country appropriate to the education system in country issuing the certificate. Document should be legalized or given an apostille.
2. Document stating that candidate’s school leaving certificate allows to take up the first cycle studies in the country of issue (if such a statement is not already written on that certificate).
3. You must take the original entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the university.
4. Proficiency at level B2 by CEFR scale or equivalent.
