Course Description
Course Profile
This graduate program is addressed to graduates with BSc in Engineering, primarily for alumni of BSc in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automatics and Robotics program or similar (after complementing curriculum disparities).
The main objectives of the second-cycle education in the field of mechatronics are related with the preparation of graduates for independent, creative engineering work, research work in solving interdisciplinary technical and organizational problems with the use of computer methods and techniques, and for managing human resources. These studies are to provide the education of specialists with the skills to use advanced knowledge in the field of mechanics and machine construction, computer science, automation and robotics.
Specializations that will be implemented in the second cycle of full-time studies will allow for education a future master engineer able to meet the specific requirements of employers.
Specialty – Intelligent Production Systems
A graduate of this specialization has knowledge in the field of mechanics and machine construction, computer science and electronics, automation and robotics. A graduate is prepared to integrate and implement intelligent systems mechatronic. The acquired qualifications enable to construct, build, program and commissioning and testing of mechatronic systems, in particular the selection of appropriate methods and devices for their production. The qualifications of a graduate of this specialization allow to work in companies designing, assembling and integrating intelligent systems as well as in companies supervising the work and servicing these systems.
Specialty – Computer Systems in Mechatronics
A graduate of this specialization has extensive knowledge in the field of mechanics and machine construction, computer science, electronics as well as automation and robotics. A graduate is prepared to use methods and programs computer in the design and manufacture of machines and devices with the use of components mechatronic. A graduate will find employment as a specialist in the field of comprehensive machine and industrial system design and servicing.
