Course Profile

A bachelor's program in Environmental Engineering offers students a comprehensive understanding of the intersection between engineering principles and environmental science to address pressing environmental challenges. This undergraduate degree equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary to design sustainable solutions for a wide range of environmental issues. The curriculum begins with foundational courses in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology, providing students with a solid understanding of the scientific principles underlying environmental processes. Then, they delve into specialized coursework covering topics such as water quality management, air pollution control, solid waste management, environmental chemistry, environmental microbiology, and environmental impact assessment. Hands-on experience is integral to an environmental engineering degree. Students engage in laboratory experiments, fieldwork, and practical projects to apply theoretical concepts to real-world environmental problems
