Course Description

Course Profile

Students of this specialization gain practical skills in human resources management and knowledge that allows them to understand the complex processes of recruitment, selection, development and motivation of employees, creation of integrated employee teams, individual career planning and division of tasks, competencies and development of employee potential.

After completing these studies, you can start your career in HR departments, career offices or recruitment agencies. This study programme also opens up employment opportunities in training and consulting companies. The wide range of opportunities also includes positions such as business coach, project manager or business consultant.

The original Bachelor’s  diploma and supplement (in the case of Master studies)

Apostille, legalization if required

English language certificate (minimum B2)
