Course Description

Course Profile

Borders and Boundaries Studies is a modern, interdisciplinary, English-language course of study for people who want to pursue their life goals and interests around border issues. It is one of the few courses of this kind in the world and is unique in Poland. The course of study is conducted in cooperation with other universities located in borderlands. Boundaries are one of the most interesting problems of the contemporary world. The hybrid lectures shall be taught by the best experts from Poland and Central European countries. They will provide graduates with a broad and practical knowledge of the past and present of border regions and Boundaries, their significance, economy, opportunities and threats.

Education Requirements

To be eligible for admission, candidates must hold a diploma of at least a bachelor's degree (awarded on completion of a first-cycle degree, bachelor's or equivalent). The grade on the diploma is a criterion for eligibility.
