The excellent HR Department is a team of competent, well-educated specialists, who understand business and its needs, and know the latest trends and solutions. If you are thinking about a job and a career in the HR Department of an international organization, you want to pursue the role of HR Business Partner, or prepare for a position related to human resources management, the WSB University will support you in achieving this goal by offering studies in the field of Management with a specialization in International Human Resources Management. During your studies, among other things: - You will learn what International Human Resource Management is all about in the times of globalization. -You will learn how to develop an HR strategy and how to properly combine it with various business processes. - You will learn about the concept of organizational culture, its strength and what an extraordinary duo is created by positive organizational culture combined with Employer Branding, guaranteeing the achievement of goals and the success of the organization. - You will learn modern management of the recruitment and selection process, you will get to know the tools supporting the process and how to develop good onboarding for new employees. - You will be familiar with the issues related to talent management – you will learn how to create talent programs, how to identify talented employees, how to measure their potential and plan career paths, why the declaration of employee mobility is important, and how to encourage employees to relocate. - You will learn about the latest approach and the most effective methods of operating in the area of training and development, and ways to strengthen employee engagement. - You will gain knowledge of contemporary remuneration and benefit systems that will help make the organization more attractive on a competitive labor market. - You will learn about the currently functioning, international IT solutions supporting the effectiveness of human resources management processes.

Education Requirements

BA degree or its equivalent, MA degree.
